Bank of India recruitment 2025-26: The Bank of India (BOI) will close the online application window for Credit Officer recruitment today, January 5, 2026. Interested and eligible candidates still have time to apply for a total of 514 Credit Officer vacancies announced under the General Banking Officer (GBO) stream. The recruitment drive is being conducted for experienced officers across different management grades.
Eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the official website at bankofindia.bank.in before the deadline.
The 514 posts are divided across three management scales:
Reservation for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) will be provided as per Government of India rules.
Educational qualification
Candidates must have a graduation degree from a recognised university. Professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) in Banking or Finance are preferred, depending on the post and scale.
Age limit (as on November 1, 2025)
Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates as per government norms.
