In 2026, the Bihar Board Class 10 exams saw an overall pass percentage of 81.79%, with girls once again leading the top ranks. Pushpanjali Kumari from Simultala Awasiya Vidyalaya, Jamui, and Sabreen Praween of Uchch Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Vaishali, have topped the state jointly, scoring 492 out of 500 marks. Following them, Nahid Sultana secured Rank 2 with 489 marks, while several other students shared Ranks 3 to 5, scoring between 487 and 488 marks.
