Gujarat SSC Result 2026: Pass percentage rises to 83.86%- full breakdown of trends, gender, medium and district-wise performance
The Gujarat Board Class 10 (SSC) result for 2026 has been declared with an overall pass percentage of 83.86%, showing a stable and slightly improved performance compared to last year. This continues a broader recovery trend that began after the post-pandemic years, when results had seen noticeable fluctuations.
In 2022, the pass percentage stood at 65.18%, and it dipped slightly again in 2023 to 64.62%. However, from 2024 onwards, the board saw a sharp improvement, with the pass percentage rising to 82.56%, followed by 83.08% in 2025, and now 83.86% in 2026.
Gender-wise data from regular students once again shows a clear gap in performance. Boys have recorded a pass percentage of 80.12%, while girls have significantly outperformed them with 88.28%. This gap has remained consistent over the years, reflecting stronger academic outcomes among female students in the SSC examinations.
Medium-wise performance also highlights clear differences in results. English medium students have recorded the highest pass percentage, ranging between 92.50% and 92.58%, making them the top-performing group overall. Gujarati medium students have performed moderately well, with pass percentages between 81.79% and 82.67%, while Hindi medium students have recorded relatively lower results in the range of 76.47% to 77.20%.
