Haryana Board Class 10th result 2026: Deepika bags top rank with near perfect scores, here are the list of toppers
The Board of School Education Haryana declared the Class 10th board exam result for Secondary (Academic/ Open School) Annual examinations. The results were announced by Board Chairman Dr. Pawan Kumar during a press conference held in Bhiwani.
Students can now access their marks through the official BSEH portal as well as the DigiLocker platform by using their roll number and other login credentials. This year, Haryana recorded a strong overall performance in the Class 10 board examinations, with regular students registering a pass percentage of 89.60%. The board said that out of 2,76,640 regular candidates who appeared for the examination, 2,47,860 students successfully cleared it. Meanwhile, 6,201 candidates were placed in the Essential Repeat (E.R.) category and will have to reappear in the examination.
Girls once again emerged ahead of boys in the Haryana Board matric examinations. According to the data released by the board, 1,22,367 girls passed the examination out of 1,33,530 candidates who appeared, taking the girls’ pass percentage to 91.64%.
Among boys, 1,25,493 students cleared the examination out of 1,43,110 candidates. The pass percentage for boys stood at 87.69%.
The overall gap between girls and boys was recorded at 3.95 percentage points in favour of girls, continuing the trend of better performance by female students in the state board examinations.
A total of 16 students secured places in the top three merit ranks across Haryana this year. Deepika from Adarsh Senior Secondary School, Miran in Bhiwani district secured the first rank in the state by scoring 499 marks out of 500.
Four students jointly secured the second position with 498 marks, while 11 students shared the third rank with 497 marks.
The Haryana Board results this year reflected strong performances across categories, with girls, rural students and private schools leading several key indicators. The state topper list also highlighted a significant presence of female students among the highest scorers in the examination.
