JPSC FRO Mains admit card 2026 released at jpsc.gov.in: Direct link to download hall ticket, important exam day guidelines here
The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has released the admit card for the Jharkhand Forest Range Officer Main (Written) Competitive examination. Candidates who have qualified for the mains examination can now download their hall ticket from the official website at jpsc.gov.in.
The mains examination will be conducted on January 22, 2026, and January 24, 2026, at various examination centres located in Ranchi district. The exam is being held under Advertisement Number 04/2024.
As per the official press release, the examination will be conducted in two shifts on both days.
On January 22, 2026, the first paper, General Hindi and General English, will be held from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. The second paper, General Studies, will take place from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
On January 24, 2026, the Optional Subject Paper I will be conducted from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, while Optional Subject Paper II will be held from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
The commission has clarified that admit cards will not be sent by post. Candidates must download their admit cardattendance sheet from the official website.
Admit cards and attendance sheets are now available for download. The admit card is issued provisionally, and candidature can be cancelled at any stage if a candidate is found ineligible.
If there is any mistake in the admit card or attendance sheet, candidates must apply for correction in writing to the commission by January 21, 2026.

Candidates must reach the examination centre at least one hour before the start of the examination. Entry to the examination hall will close at 8:00 am for the morning paper and 2:00 pm for the afternoon paper.
Biometric verification and IRIS scanning will be conducted at the examination centre. Candidates must carry admit card and attendance sheet and sign the attendance sheet in the presence of the invigilator.
Candidates are also required to bring two passport-size photographs as per the instructions mentioned on the admit card.
Items allowed and prohibited inside the exam hall
The commission will provide answer booklets for each paper. Candidates must write their answers only in the OMR-based answer booklet provided and strictly follow all instructions. Writing irrelevant content or making incorrect entries may lead to cancellation of the answer sheet.
For optional subjects such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics, and Statistics, candidates are allowed to use non-programmable battery-operated pocket calculators. Calculators with programming or data storage facilities are not permitted.
Candidates must remain inside the examination hall for at least 30 minutes after the exam begins. Leaving the hall early is not allowed. Any candidate found violating instructions or creating disturbances may be barred from the examination.
Candidates are advised to carefully read all instructions mentioned in the admit card and follow them strictly on the exam day.
