Moil admit card 2026: MOIL Limited has issued a notice regarding the download of call letters and information handouts for candidates appearing in the online examination for Graduate Trainees, Management Trainees and Manager (Survey) posts. The examination is scheduled to be conducted on April 3, 2026.
The recruitment drive, as per Advertisement No. GT/MT-MGR/12/2025, includes various disciplines such as Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Geology, Process, Material, Contract Management, System, Personnel, and Marketing. Candidates may download the call letters through the official website by using the registration no./roll no. and password or date of birth.
Access to the call letters and examination guidanceThe facility for downloading the call letters and the information handout has been enabled on the 17th of March, 2026, and the facility will remain enabled until the 3rd of April, 2026. Candidates may access the portal to download the documents. An information handout regarding the structure and pattern of the examination has also been provided, and candidates may download the handout, which they must study carefully before appearing in the examination.
The organisation has also enabled the facility of an FAQ section, through the portal, to assist the candidates in addressing the problems they may face in downloading the call letters.
Revised Examination Centres Due to High ResponseMOIL Limited has announced that a large number of applications were received for the recruitment process. Due to this reason, some candidates have been allocated examination centers in nearby cities instead of their base location.
In Chhattisgarh, candidates originally allocated centers in Raipur have been allocated centers in Bhilai, 33 kilometers away. Likewise, candidates in New Delhi and NCR regions are being allocated centers in Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida, with distances varying from 15 to 30 kilometers.
Selection Process & Eligibility ConditionsThe selection process is through a computer-based online test followed by a personal interview. The computer-based online test is conducted for 90 minutes, with 85 marks in total. The questions will be objective type. The paper will comprise questions on General Knowledge, Reasoning, General English, etc.
The qualifying marks are 50 per cent in each segment for General & EWS category candidates, while SC, ST, PwBD, & OBC category candidates need to secure 40 per cent in each segment.
