To be eligible, candidates must hold a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from a recognised institution. Exam pattern and marking scheme

NEET MDS 2026 will be conducted in computer-based mode. The question paper will consist of multiple-choice questions. Each question will have four options, and candidates must select the correct answer.

The exam will cover subjects taught during the BDS course. The paper is expected to include 240 questions. Candidates will be given three hours to complete the test.

For marking, candidates will receive four marks for every correct answer. One mark will be deducted for each incorrect response. No marks will be given for unanswered questions.
