Telangana GPO recruitment 2026: Government announces 10,954 village level officer posts, notification soon

The Government of Telangana has announced a major recruitment drive for the post of Grama Palana Officer (GPO) in 2026. A total of 10,954 vacancies will be filled across the state. Telangana Government announces 10,954 vacancies

The recruitment will be conducted under the Revenue Department, Telangana. The government plans to appoint 10,954 Grama Palana Officers across villages in the state.

GPOs will function on the village level. Their assistance will be taken in land record maintenance, revenue administration, and smooth execution of government welfare plans. In addition, their help might be sought by district officers for survey work, census operations, natural calamities, and election work.

Telangana GPO eligibility criteria
