The evaluation of answer sheets began on March 18, 2026 and was earlier scheduled to conclude by April 1, 2026. However, the checking work slowed down due to public holidays and limited working days during the evaluation period. Officials noted that holidays for Eid-ul-Fitr on March 21 and Ram Navami on March 26 and 27 impacted the pace of the evaluation process.
Several District School Inspectors and Deputy Controllers from evaluation centres across the state submitted requests to extend the deadline. After reviewing these requests, the Board decided to extend the evaluation schedule until April 4, 2026. Officials have instructed all centres to use the additional time effectively and complete the checking work carefully to ensure accuracy.
As per the revised timeline, all evaluation centres must complete the checking work by April 4, 2026. The Board has also directed that award lists must be submitted to regional offices by April 5, 2026 to begin the next phase of result preparation.
