Hisar Assembly Election Result 2024: Savitri Jindal defeats Congress's Ram Niwas Rara by over 18000 votes
NEW DELHI: India's richest woman and former minister Savitri Jindal defeated Congress' Ram Niwas Rara by a margin of 18,941 votes, as per the latest EC data.
In the education section, the total literates in Hisar city are 226,280 of which 130,507 are males while 95,773 are females.
In 2019, Dr Kamal Gupta of the Bharatiya Janata Party won the seat by defeating Ram Niwas Rara of the Indian National Congress.
