K. Deenu (Naam Tamilar Katchi), A. Ramu (All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam), M. Raju (Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam), C. Thangaraju (Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam), C. Dinesh Kumar (Independent), and D. Vidhyasagar (Independent) — 6 candidates contesting from Coonoor in Tamil Nadu's 2026 Assembly Election. Votes cast across this constituency are now being counted, and early trends from each round will be closely watched as the day unfolds. Coonoor is a General constituency under the Nilgiris Lok Sabha segment. In 2021, Ramachandran, K. of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam won by a margin of 4,105 votes. The 2021 turnout was 70.82%. the final result will show which candidate has secured the most votes in Coonoor in 2026.
