Mudukulathur Assembly Election Results 2026 Live Updates: DMK’s R S Rajakannappan wins by 16,598 vote margin

In Mudhukulathur, R S Rajakannappan of DMK emerged victorious, securing 68,003 votes and defeating TVK’s B Malarvizhi by a margin of 16,598 votes. AIADMK’s S Pandi finished third with 47,501 votes, as the constituency delivered a clear win for the DMK.

TVK is currently leading in 122 of Tamil Nadu's 234 assembly seats, putting the party four seats past the majority mark of 118 if those leads hold. AIADMK is trailing at 51 seats, while DMK is leading in 42 constituencies. No seats have been declared yet as counting continues across the state.

In the Paramakudi constituency, Advocate. Kathiravan. K.K (DMK) is currently in the leading position. Meanwhile, Dr. Muthiah. S (AIADMK) and Gopirajan. G (TVK) are trailing in the latest counting trends.
