Abhisek Roy showcases his wedding collection through a pre-recorded video at a Kolkata venue

City celebs gathered at a city restaurant to celebrate designer Abhisek Roy’s new wedding collection. The theme of the evening was white and the venue was decorated with white flowers. “Saptapadi brings forth glimpses of Brahmo marriage-a unique blend of rituals, customs, and beliefs, all interwoven to celebrate love, commitment, and spirituality. Sanskrit hymn chants, the white surrounding, the chandeliers, the alpona painted floor accompanied by Tagore’s songs, as the couple takes the seven vows (saptapadi) created a dreamy sequence in the video,” shared Abhisek.
The collection was launched through a video that featured Tollywood actors Ishaa Saha and Gourab Roy Chowdhury along with singers Iman Chakraborty and Durnibar Saha.

To make the event successful, actors Swastika Mukherjee, Devlina Kumar, Anindya Chatterjee, Swastika Dutta, Gourab Chatterjee, Swastika Dutta, Bibriti Chatterjee and Diti Saha were present at the event.
“It is a lovely event to celebrate Abhisek’s new beginnings on Akshaya Tritiya. I am waiting to wear some of the outfits from his wedding collection,” said Swastika.
