Satyajit Ray’s first 'Feluda' movie ‘Sonar Kella’. Perhaps it’s the first of its sorts; so all eyes will now rest on a filmmaker of Sarkar’s stature. It will be interesting to see how the intellectual Bengali private eye is presented to the Indian audience.
This is not the first time 'Feluda' will be made in Hindi as Sandip Ray put together a television soap in Hindi with legendary actor Shashi Kapoor in 1986 that unfortunately didn’t work out so well.
