Anindya Chatterjee has welcomed a new companion into his life—one with four legs and a whole lot of charm. Taking to social media, he introduced him as ‘Goda,’ a bulldog he adopted from a pet shop. Sharing a heartwarming photo with his new furry friend, Anindya recounted the story of how the adoption unfolded. The dog’s picture inside a cage had been circulating on social media, drawing attention. Someone initially took him in but later returned him to the pet shop. As luck would have it, Anindya happened to visit the same store to buy dog food and ended up bringing Goda home instead.
In his post, the actor wrote, “My son has four legs. His picture inside a cage was making the rounds on social media—someone took him in and then returned him to the pet shop. Incidentally, I was at the same pet shop to buy some dog food and ended up getting the dog as well.”
Fans and fellow celebrities flooded the comments with love and admiration. Actress Koushani Mukherjee wrote, “So cute, want to meet him,” while many others praised Anindya’s compassionate gesture.
