The story deals with superstitions and manipulation of corporations and politicians. “There is a common belief that city life is difficult and village life is easy. I wanted to show the good and bad sides of both the worlds. Swine flu or H1N1 virus breaks out among a group of tribal people, who practice witch-hunting. The doctor’s assistant was not affected as he was vaccinated. The local people assume that she is a witch,” said the director.
Debojyoti Misra has composed the music of the film, while Arghakamal Mitra has done the editing.
