Actress Chaiti Ghoshal took to social media on Wednesday to announce that she has tested

positive

for Covid-19. “I am tested

.I have isolated myself. Had high fever but better now.I ask all of you who had come in contact with me in shoots n otherwise please get tested. A lot of us are avoiding tests.. Please take care (sic),” she wrote.
Speaking to us, the actress, who is in home isolation, said, “I was shooting for the mega serial, Hoytoh Tomari Jonnyo, on Monday when my body started aching in the afternoon. I thought it must be because of the chilled air-conditioning in my makeup room. But in the evening, I started feeling feverish and the body ache increased. I immediately informed the directorial team and returned home. At home, my temperature reached 103. I immediately isolated myself and got tested on Tuesday and the result came positive. My son (Amartya) is back from Mumbai as the shooting of

is not happening now. I am feeling bad that I can't spend time with him.”
Chaiti is on a high protein diet as suggested by the doctor. “I am extremely weak. I am following the medication prescribed by the doctor. I’m having a lot of citrus fruits and keeping myself hydrated by drinking water. The
