First song of Parineeta to release this month

, received a lot of love from listeners. And now, composer-singer Arko Pravo Mukherjee is happily awaiting the release of the first song of his next

Bengali film

project on July 13. Titled

Tomake

, it is one of the two songs in Raj Chakrabarty’s next film,

Parineeta

. It has been sung by Shreya Ghoshal, while Arko has written and composed the song.
Talking about the film, Arko said that the first time Raj read the script to him, he was impressed and didn’t think twice before saying yes to the film. “It is an innocent love story that will gradually turn into a thriller,” said Arko. Ritwick Chakraborty and Subhashree Ganguly are acting in the film by the Adventures Of Jojo director. Adrit Roy will also play a pivotal role in this film under the banner of Raj’s home production. The noted director has also insisted that from now on he will work on concepts that are a bit different, which others tend to avoid.
Notably, the first song of Raj Chakrabarty’s Shesh Theke Shuru became the fastest Bengali song to reach two million views on YouTube. The song was released on April 25 and within 10 days, the video song secured 26,19,134 views.
The song was composed and sung by Arko Pravo Mukherjee, while the lyrics was by Pranjol. Jeet and Koel are seen romancing again in the song after a break of four years. Within the first hour of being published, the song garnered more than a million hits.
