till July 4. In fact, Amit Chatterjee, the art director of the series, lost his father-in-law to COVID19 during the course of the shoot. According to sources, the art director got himself tested and the result has come negative.

When we got in touch with Rachel, she said, “After a few days of shooting, I fell ill. I developed headache, diarrhoea and fever. Doctor gave me antibiotics. But that did not help. Then my doctor asked to go for the test. I’ll be here in Kolkata till I am completely fine.”

Soumik, the director of the series, shared that no one from the team is sick or has any complained of any symptoms. “We completed the shoot on July 4. So, today is the eighth day. No one has developed any symptom. But, we are all home-quarantined,” he said.

After Rachel’s broke the news, Rajdeep, who is paired opposite her in the series, got himself tested. On Sunday afternoon, he took to social media to write, “In these troubled times, I would like to thank all my well-wishers for reaching out to me about my health. I am perfectly fine; I did get a COVID-19 test done to be sure and the result, as I deemed, was NEGATIVE. The support of everyone now is needed more than ever. Let’s fight this together! Stay safe & Stay strong ..(sic)”
