Abir Chatterjee is excited about the release of Flat no 609 this Friday. The horror- thriller chronicles the story of a a newly-wed couple who shift into a new apartment, flat no. 609 with the help of a broker played by
Rudranil Ghosh. While Abir's character, an IT professional, resumes his job, homemaker Tanushree experiences some uncanny incidents at the newly bought apartment.
Speaking of the film, Abir said, "Its a simple story. There's no graphic violence, no gory shots. It's more on psychological level. When you are a part of a horror film, you hav to very careful about the details. One cannot afford to go overboard with expressions. It has to be relatable." Abir is coming back on the big screen with Tnusree after many years. "I'm happy that we are back on screen together. We are good friends off screen and
it's great to work with her. We did the film Bedroom together in 2012 and another film, Aagun that never released. Who knew it would take something spooky to get us to work together?" said Abir with aIs Toll smile.
