Ishaan Khatter is looking forward to his first film

Ishaan Khatter, who was recently in Kolkata to shoot for Dhadak with the late Sridevi’s daughter, Janhvi Kapoor, is looking forward to his first release — Majid Majidi’s Beyond the Clouds. In the film, Ishaan plays the role of Amir, a boy from Dharavi, Mumbai, who struggles to survive. To prep up for the role, Ishaan ended up spending a lot of time with the boys who hailed from Dharavi and were cast in the film. Interestingly, a lot of the actors in the film were cast from Dharavi including a boy named Akash, who plays Ishaan’s best friend in the film. The two spent a lot of time together bonding over music. the young actor, who is also brother of Shahid Kapoor, made many friends in Kolkata, one among them was actor Kharaj Mukherjee.
