Nussrat, Sudipta and Neel-Trina to be part of Bigg Boss Bangla?

Nussrat Jahan and Sudipta Banerjee may be among the contestants in the next season of Bigg Boss Bangla, which is set to hit the airwaves from July. “Neel Bhattacharya, Trina Saha, a well-known choreographer, and some influencers have also been approached for the show,” said a source. Sourav Ganguly, who is making a big return to the small screen with the show, is looking forward to it too. Revealing this, his secretary Taniya Bhattacharya said, “Dada, who is currently in South Africa, is absolutely thrilled about stepping into the Bigg Boss space. He is excited to take on this new journey and connect with audiences in a completely different format.” In an April 2025 interview following his 125 cr approx, four-year deal with the channel hosting the show, Sourav had said, “It’s a new innings, I’m ready to play it with the same passion I brought to the game.”The source revealed that the shooting will most likely happen in Mumbai. “The Bigg Boss (Hindi) set will most likely be redesigned keeping the Bengali audience, culture, and theme in mind to cut costs,” the source added. As several members of the Bengali entertainment industry are likely to contest the upcoming elections, the final contestant names will depend on that too– A source
