Ezra Sosa admits to having a ‘breakdown’ in ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Tour opening: ‘I’m genuinely so upset with myself’

It seems Ezra Sosa wasn’t quite satisfied with his performance on the opening night of the ‘Dancing With the Stars’ tour. The Dancing pro took to social media on January 23, sharing that he had a “breakdown” during the tour’s opening show in Akron, Ohio, the night before. He was performing for the iconic reality competition’s kick-off of a 70-stop live tour throughout North America. Ezra Sosa posted a video of himself shaking his head and putting his face in his palm. The 25-year-old dancer wrote, “having a breakdown during intermission because I kept messing up our first show on tour.” The professional dancer wrote a caption with the clip, “I'm genuinely so upset with myself, I'll be better for you guys.”Despite his worries that he had let down fans in the audience, according to People, many fans in the comments quickly jumped to reassure him that they couldn’t even tell that he was having an off night. “girl no one ever notices these things!!!” wrote one. “I was indeed there and thought you ate DOWN. I didn’t notice any mess-ups, and I’m a dancer too!” added another.Ezra made his debut as a pro on ‘Dancing With The Stars’ during season 33. He was paired with Anna Delvey, but their partnership was short-lived as they got eliminated from the competition in the first week.For his second season on the show, which wrapped this past October, Ezra was partnered with Jordan, 24. The two made it all the way to the season 34 finals before finishing in third place.According to E!News, in season 34 of ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Ezra and Jordan developed a tight bond and even commemorated their friendship by getting matching tattoos that read “Just Married”, which was a hilarious nod to the rumors that they were secretly engaged, even though Ezra publicly came out as gay in June 2022. Later, Ezra Sosa took to Instagram and revealed, “For those of you who do not know Jordan and I and our dynamic, it is very much a brother and sister.” Ezra is known for his charisma, technical skill, and LGBTQ+ advocacy.
