The trailer of Bibi Payra has dropped, offering a glimpse into a chaotic, high-energy narrative driven by two unconventional women at its core. Directed by Arjunn Dutta, the film traces the unpredictable journey of Jhuma and Shiuli—two spirited characters whose lives spiral into a whirlwind of madness, humour, and unexpected twists.Packed with vibrant performances and a quirky storytelling style, the trailer hints at a comedy of errors where bold decisions and reckless plans collide with unforeseen consequences. At its heart, the film explores what happens when two overlooked women reach their breaking point and decide to rewrite their destinies—no matter how chaotic the path becomes.One of the film’s biggest highlights is the much-anticipated reunion of Swastika Mukherjee and Paoli who share screen space after more than a decade. The ensemble cast further features Anirban Chakrabarti, Anindya Sengupta, Subrat Dutta, Rupali Rai Bhattacharya, Loknath Dey, Ankita Majhi, and Bhabani Bose Mukherjee, among others.The story and screenplay of Bibi Payra are penned by Arjunn Dutta and Ashirbad Maitra, while the film’s visual language is shaped by cinematographer Supraatim Bholl.
