Paoli loves experimenting

She loves testing new waters and expanding her horizon as an actor. These are reasons enough for Paoli to take up Sanghamitra Chadhuri���������s Ruu.
Without spilling the beans about her character, Paoli reveals why she gave her nod to the film. ���������Apart from liking the story, script and my character, what was interesting was the fact that this is the first time I would be part of a travelogue.Travelogues usually have an upbeat nature. But in this film, my character, Ruu, and the way the story unfolds, are in complete contrast to that said format,��������� explains Paoli. What comes as a bonus is the outdoor leg of the shoot. ���������We will be leaving for the hills by the end of this month and thankfully, that will be a welcome respite from Kolkata���������s sultry summer,��������� the actor���������s excitement is hard to miss.
In fact, she is equally excited about her first time pairing with ���������chhoto Shaheb���������. Paoli is aware of Shaheb���������s works and feels that this young actor is capable of bringing a ���������freshness��������� to Chiring Thapa���������s character. ���������Our pairing is not the typical romantic one. The director has tried to show a different kind of relationship between these two characters,��������� Paoli says. While on the character, ask Paoli if she purposely settles for interesting roles and she answers, ���������I have been lucky in getting different film deals. Except for one or two, the offers have been lucrative and interesting.��������� Needless to say, Paoli also keeps in mind the story, script, director, cast, her character, get-up and styling in mind when she takes up an offer. Here���������s hoping this talented actor has something interesting to offer for her admirers.
