Paran Bandopadhyay has his hands full with good projects

Paran Bandopadhay

just completed shooting for

Srijato Bandopdhyay

’s film Manabjamin where Priyanka Sarkar and Parambrata Chatterjee play the lead. “Srijato, in all of his interviews, has said that the film, a relationship tale, wouldn’t have been possible without Paran da. I feel honoured. There is an intense relationship between poetry and this film. The title of the film is taken from Ramprasad Sen’s song and the song — Emon manabjamin roilo potit — is part of this film too. Considering it is Srijato’s first film, he has done a stupendous job. The technical part was taken care of by his team but the way he has handled the story is incredible,” said Paran, who plays jathamoshai, who only spends on the welfare of animals and plants so that he can go to heaven after his demise.
Paran just completed shooting for two films — Pantua and

Sedin Khuasha Chilo

— opposite Lily Chakraborty. “It is always a pleasure to work with Lily di as she is extremely energetic even at this age,” said the actor, who is presently dubbing for Samik Roy Chowdhury’s film Be-line — a thriller with comic elements in it.
The actor is also part of Sandip Ray’s next Feluda which will go on the floors from June, where we hear Indraneil Sengupta will play the sleuth.
