Giving a sneak peek into the storyline Saurav Palodhi describes it as a story that explores the power of dreams and where they can lead us. The narrative revolves around three young children hailing from underprivileged backgrounds, each with a distinct aspiration of becoming a doctor, nurse, and engineer. Despite their families' limited resources, these resilient children embark on a mission to transform a dilapidated house in their neighborhood into a hospital. Alongside their journey, two pivotal characters, Shah Rukh and Kajol, residing in the same area, face their own dreams and obstacles. Their desire to marry each other faces opposition from their respective communities. Parno Mittra portrays the character of Kajol, while Prasun, a theater actor, brings Shah Rukh to life. The film revolves around the interweaving dreams of all these characters and how they shape the story.

Shankar Debnath portrays the role of a father whose child aspires to be a doctor, while Ushasie Chakraborty plays another significant character in the film. The title of the film, "Anko Ki Kothin," translates to "Math is difficult," symbolizing that the complexities of life go beyond mere calculations of arithmetic and algebra. Saurav Palodhi explained that the film focuses on the lives of marginalized individuals, shedding light on their dreams and how they navigate through their circumstances.

With its poignant exploration of dreams, challenges, and the human spirit, ‘Anko Ki Kothin’ promises to be a compelling cinematic experience that brings attention to the struggles and aspirations of underprivileged communities.
