, the iconic contract killer character from ‘Kahaani’. Diya had earlier made a short film ‘Neighbourhood Ties’, a ten-minute long comedy which was selected at the Cannes last year.

Immortalised on-screen by none other than Saswata Chatterjee, Bob Biswas, a contract killer, remains the most spine chilling character from ‘Kahaani’ starring Vidya Balan.

According to industry sources, Diya's debut film will definitely star Saswata Chatterjee besides none other than Ritwick Chakraborty and will be shot in and around Kolkata in 21 days. The shooting for will commence from November and this small-budget film will be produced by Sujoy Ghosh, Diya’s father.

It will be a treat to watch Saswata and Ritwick sharing the screen in a thriller. Both are acting powerhouses and were recently seen together in Churni Ganguly’s National Awar-winning film ‘Tarikh’. Interestingly, this film will also mark Ritwick’s debut in Bollywood.
