Rupanjana Mitra to tie the knot with Ratool Mukherjee today

Actress Rupanjana Mitra is getting married to Ratool Mukherjee in a private ceremony at a city hotel in Rajarhat today. “We have been dating for the past six-and-half years and at least three days a week we would discuss our wedding. And at last, the day has come. We decided to tie the knot as we feel we are comfortable with each other and undoubtedly, we are great friends where we can share anything and everything. I like Ratool’s kindhearted nature,” said Rupanjana. She added, “We are getting married in a traditional Bengali way. We had the nandi mukh ceremony at 5 am and followed all the rituals. Only my close friends and relatives are there to bless us on our special day.”

Rupanjana's ten-and-half-year-old son Rian is extremely friendly with Ratool. “Rian calls him camps and they are best of friends and Ratool is extremely protective about him,” said Rupanjana who will wear a red benarasi today evening for her wedding. The couple will be going to the hills for their honeymoon.
