Los Angeles
Film Awards.

‘Anurup’ beautifully narrates the story of a father and daughter who have been estranged for six long years. However, they are now poised to meet each other. What happens next forms the crux of the story. While Sabyasachi plays the father, Kankana herself essays the daughter’s role.
“I can only say I am delighted to receive this award, that too abroad. It comes as a big surprise at a time when I am about to say good bye to my acting career. It was great working with Kankana,” said an elated Sabyasachi Chakraborty.
