is pairing up with
Alivia Sarkar in a twisted tale of relationship. Directed by
Suvendu Das, the social drama titled ‘
Woman Power
’ will hit the shooting floor from the first week of November and will be shot in Kolkata, Indore, and
Kashmir.
The narrative follows a doctor couple Ajay and Puja whose romance flourished since their medical college days. The couple gets married eventually but post-marriage complications make like difficult for them. Puja’s suspicious and possessive nature leads into more trouble as Ajay is left in mental agony. Will Ajay overcome this crisis? That’s what forms the crux of the story.
Just like her friends and colleagues in the industry, Alivia, too, is relieved to get back to the shooting floors, “It is a big relief to return to work after lockdown. We all need to get accustomed to the new normal and abide by the guidelines to check the spread of the disease. I am looking forward to the shoot since the story is so interesting.”
Meanwhile, Alivia’s recent release ‘Horror Stories’ received a mixed response from the audience.
