The plot revolves around a young couple Rahul and Puja who stand by each other despite the hardship and obstacles. Puja's family doesn’t accept their relationship. So, the young girl leaves home for a new life with her love Rahul whose family has no problem with accepting Puja. They get married and start a new life. However, things take a shift turn when after one year of their marriage Puja gets pregnant.
Rahul’s family wants a boy child but they go for a sex determination procedure to find out Puja will be giving birth to a girl child. And it all starts from here and Puja’s life changes forever. To keep her girl child safe Puja again escapes her in-law’s house and embarks on a new journey of single motherhood.
Speaking about his film, Suvendu shares, “My film sheds light on the burning issue of saving girl child and the hardship a single mother goes through. All the characters in this film are inspired by real-life incidents and it’s a realistic take on the harsh reality of a decaying society.”
