Tathagata's new film on Corona pandemic

The covid-19 is not just a virus that has stalled the human life on this planet, but a fair

warning

from mother nature -- this is what director Tathagata Mukherjee's latest shortfilm talks about. The

director

has made the 11-minute short film with as many as 26

actors

including Bickram,

Sujoy

Prosad and Rajatabha Dutta.

The film, 'Strip', revolves around the idea that how the pandemic has made all of us -- the privileged class and the poorest of the poor -- equal. "And this is not a individual incident either. There has been storms and wildfire all around the world. Corona is just a warning by the nature for humans," he added.

The film has been released in social media recently. The actors have shot their parts from their houses in mobile phone and sent it to the director. "Besides, a lot of images and

footages

of different countries have been used in the film and all these footages were shot by me in the past," said Tathagata.
