Team Phool Pishi O Edward celebrates film wrap with a Women’s Day sundowner
An evening of celebration and camaraderie unfolded in Kolkata as the cast and crew of the upcoming film Phool Pishi O Edward gathered for a vibrant sundowner party to mark the completion of the shoot. The event took place at Polo Floatel on the occasion of International Women’s Day, bringing together the entire team for a memorable wrap-up celebration.
The gathering saw the presence of the film’s leading actors, including Sohini Sengupta, Raima Sen, Arjun Chakraborty, Anamika Saha, Ananya Chatterjee, Shyamoupti Mudly, Rishav Basu and Soumya Mukherjee. The evening also brought together the creative forces behind the film, including director duo Nandita Roy and Shiboprosad Mukherjee.
The sundowner was filled with lively conversations and cheerful moments as the team shared memories from the shoot. The atmosphere on set was filled with warmth, creativity and a lot of laughter. Celebrating the wrap together with everyone feels really special,” she said.
Reflecting on the film’s journey, Roy said the project had been a labour of love for the entire team. “The energy, dedication and bonding between the cast and crew made the journey truly joyful. And yes, Raima kept the mischief alive on set,” she added with a smile.
With filming now complete, Phool Pishi O Edward moves into its next phase as the team looks forward to bringing the story to audiences, carrying with it the spirit of friendship, collaboration and celebration that marked the evening.
