Often indulging in what her body wants and her mind desires, the actress doesn't follow a disciplined diet but rather switches up her meals and eats in moderation in order to cater to what her body needs most at the moment and can gain maximum benefit from.
Paoli feels that breaking the monotony and keeping motivated, finding balance between different types of workouts not only simulate different muscle groups but also enhance our overall fitness level to its best efficiency.
She’s also a strong follower of the animal flow workout which has become a new trend among celebs. Paoli believes this workout has helped her a lot in recent times. According to Paoli, animal flow workout doesn't require equipment but is effective when it comes to building strength and stamina.
