who is currently busy with the workshop of his next directorial ‘Suroor’ has released the official trailer of his upcoming biopic ‘Main Mulayam Singh Yadav’. The film, produced under the banner of In M S Films and Productions and Meena Sethi Mondol, is based on the life of the former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh
Mulayam Singh Yadav.
A fresh face from Kolkata Amyth Sethi is playing the iconic politician in his debut. The biopic also features
Mimoh Chakraborty,
Govind Namdev,
Mukesh Tiwari,
Supriya Karnik,
Zarina Wahab, Sana Amin Sheikh and Prerna Sethi Mondal amongst others in pivotal roles.

As you can see in the trailer, Amyth Sethi has done a reasonably good job portraying the different shades of this character in his debut, from farmer's son to wrestler to teacher to a politician.
“I am honoured to reveal his untold story to the world. This is going to be the first standing biopic of a politician based on true events," said Director Suvendu Raj Ghosh, while talking about the film.
From a school teacher to Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, 'Main Mulayam Singh Yadav' is the journey of a man who was in jail for 19 months at the time of Emergency.
