"Rumours of link-ups are disturbing. Some small-time portal did the story. Initially, I kept quiet. But then it started getting shared and re-shared. That is when I thought I must speak up," Ditipriya said.
The actress feels baseless rumours only waste people's time. "I don't understand why people do this. I have a life of my own, my co-actors have their lives. It's disturbing to get embroiled in such situations. We are professionals and have to work together. Besides, reporters can just verify once by calling me before writing stuff," said an angry Ditirpriya from the set of Karunamoyee Rani Rashmoni.

debut this year. "It was my first year at KIFF with
Avijatrik
's screening. The best part is in spite of the pandemic, the film ran to full houses on two days.
Prosenjit Chatterjee praised our efforts and the love we received from the audience was overwhelming," Ditipriya said.
