Said Shaheb, “We have decided not to call off the show, Aa Mori Bangla Bhasha, as Pratik had put in months of hard work into it. We were in talks for months and recently met up at a café near my home for the date of the final rehearsal. Curiously, I suggested we do it on February 19, the day he passed away. I now regret not finding an earlier date for him.” said Shaheb. The actor-singer said he was introduced to television by the singer with whom he goes back a long way. “I know him from 2003, when he curated a show, Amar Bhalolaga Gaan, for a TV channel. I joined as the show host and got familiarised with the music industry,” he added.
