Chakraborty has started working on a project in collaboration with a USA-based music lover. A music video of a

song

is being made and it is based on Koushik’s one of the most favorite topics – Kolkata.

The song, Shohorer chobi gulo, is a part of Koushik’s album Mahanagarter Kabyakatha and talks about teenage romance. “A boy and a girl, who loves another but cannot express their feelings. In this situation, they go out for a day but even then they couldn’t speak of their love. The song is based on their emotions and the city,” said Koushik. The video will be animated and the

work

is being done by two individuals -- Karishma and

Raunak

.

“I am working on this project in collaboration with Srabasti Bagchi Singh, a Bengali music lover who has been staying in the USA and working for Bengali music for the last 30 years,” Koushik added.

While the animation work is going on, the song is ready and presently the mixing part is being done. The music has been arranged by Koushik’s band members including Debangshu Bhattacharjee, Deepayan Maitra, Aniruddha Mondal, Bipra Proshad Bala, and
