to Allen Park, Park Street between 6 pm and 7.30 pm in the silent procession. “I definitely oppose the brutality with which the puppies were killed, but yes, if the hospital authorities had nipped the problem of stray dogs in the bud, things wouldn’t have come to such a pass,” Paroma Bandopadhyay told us.
