Rakesh got engaged to Dr. Shweta Mishra in February, this year. He has done films like 'Dushman Sarhad Paar Ke', 'Special Encounter', 'Radhe Rangeela', 'Hari Om Harry' and 'Rani Ki Ayegi Baarat'.
On the work front, the actor will be seen sharing the screen space with Shubhi Sharma in a romantic-drama. The makers have not revealed the title yet. Apart from hit movies, the actor has delivered numerous chartbusters songs to the audience.
