In Bollywood, Awdhesh played a pivotal role in the film 'Dirty Politics', which also featured Naseeruddin Shah, Mallika Sherawat, Jackie Shroff, Anupam Kher and Om Puri. He made his Bhojpuri debut in 2005 with ‘Dulha Aisan Chahi’, wherein he played the villain.
