Shyam Dehati
passed away due to Covid-19 complications. He was undergoing treatment at the hospital in Gorakhpur after testing positive for the virus.

Anjana Singh opened up about her experience working with the lyricist. "We have done a song together in his acting debut film 'Rani Dilbar Jani'. He was a very shy kind of person and did not use to talk much with people.
Shyam had a very good nature and was a very grounded person. He was always excited to learn new things. Everybody is in shock because he was very young and it is a big loss for the Bhojpuri music industry," shared exclusively with

Anjana
expressed her sadness over the demise of Shyam through her social media handle, "It is very sad to hear that Shyam Rustic is no longer with us...May God give his family the strength to bear this sorrow
ॐ peace peace," she wrote.
Shyam marked his acting debut with the movie 'Rani Dilbar Jani' co-starring Monalisa, Rani Chatterjee, Pakkhi Hegde, Anjana Singh, Archana Singh, Seema Singh and Amrapali Dubey. It was directed by Bali and produced by Rajesh Singh.
