According to Sacnilk, Mufasa earned an estimated Rs 2.9 crore on Day 14. Notably, the Hindi-dubbed version led the way, contributing Rs 1.25 crore, while the English original earned Rs 75 lakh and the Tamil version added Rs 55 lakh.
The Rs 50 crore collection in Week 2 reflects a slight decline from Week 1's robust haul of Rs 74.25 crore.

Nevertheless, the film has surpassed the earnings of the 2019 live-action The Lion King, which collected Rs 45.75 crore in its first two weeks.

Mufasa now boasts a total net collection of Rs 124.6 crore. The Hindi-dubbed version leads the cumulative earnings with Rs 44.15 crore, followed by the English version at Rs 41.9 crore. The Tamil and Telugu versions have contributed Rs 22.4 crore and Rs 16.15 crore, respectively.

The film faced some new competition at the box office this week with the release of the R-rated Aaron Taylor-Johnson film 'Kraven The Hunter'. However, the action film managed to earn just over Rs 1 crore in its opening days at the Indian box office.

Despite its impressive performance, the film still has ground to cover to surpass The Lion King's lifetime collection of an estimated Rs 158.40 crore. The 2019 remake was the seventh biggest film of the year and the second highest-grossing Hollywood release in India, trailing only Avengers: Endgame.
