‘Camp Rock 3’ on the way: The Jonas Brothers return for another teenage comedy hit, Lovato to return behind the camera

‘’ is officially in the works! The iconic teen film franchise is getting a reboot, with the third film officially confirmed and on the way. The are also all set and ready to return to the big screen, making this project even more special.

As per reports from Disney, the third film in the ‘Camp Rock’ franchise is already on the way. The Jonas Brothers are reprising their role in the film as the Gray Brothers. On the other hand, while Demi Lovato may not be returning with her character, she is officially joining the film and is backing the film as one of its executive producers.


The cast is already buzzing with the ongoing filming for the project, with Nick Jonas sharing a heartfelt post about how he got to celebrate his third birthday on the sets of ‘Camp Rock’. He shared a series of photos that included photos of him and his brothers on the sets of the film, as well as sharing a moment with his wife, Priyanka Chopra Jonas.



Behind-the-scenes footage was also shared by the production house’s official social media account that showed all of Nick, Joe, and Kevin Jonas on the sets of ‘Camp Rock 3’. The video consisted of clips from all around the sets, from cameras and mics to the iconic stages, building up anticipation about the project’s release

Cast members of the new film

Other than the trio, actress Maria Canals-Barrera, who took on the role of playing Lovato’s character’s mother, is also set to reprise her role going forward. The new cast members include, but are not limited to, Malachi Barton, Lumi Pollack, newcomer Hudson Stone, Sherry Cola, Casey Trotter, Brooklynn Pitts, Liamani Segura, and Ava Jean.
