Despicable Me 4 new trailer introduces Gru's new superhero squad of Mega Minions

'Despicable Me 4' the highly anticipated instalment in the beloved animated film franchise is still two months away from its July 5 release. To keep up the excitement among fans, the makers released a new trailer that promises an added dose of action and adventure, now that the Minions have superpowers!



The new clip promises a new and thrilling adventure with the lovable anti-hero Gru embracing his daddy duties all while his 'Mega Minions' wreak havoc in their newly acquired superpowers. As the Minions seize control of the Anti-Villain League and Gru navigates the challenges of both his villainous endeavours and family responsibilities, the trailer sets the stage for an entertaining journey.



Directed by Chris Renaud, with co-direction by Patrick Delage and Mike White, the film, which is the first Despicable Me movie in seven years, brings back the iconic voices of Steve Carell as Gru and Kristen Wiig as Lucy.

The film will see Gru facing a new nemesis in Maxime Le Mal (Will Ferrell) and his femme fatale girlfriend Valentina (Sofia Vergara), forcing the family to go on the run.

The film features fresh new characters voiced by Joey King, Stephen Colbert and Chloe Fineman. Pierre Coffin returns as the iconic voice of the Minions and Steve Coogan returns as Silas Ramsbottom.

The film will release worldwide on July 5 and will be available in India in multiple languages including English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
