Fans were surprised when Eminem released a new surprise album without any prior information. Titled ‘

Kamikaze

’, it follows his previous album ‘

Revival

’ and has the popular rapper taking shots at a whole lot of people. However, the album is already embroiled in controversy.
In the track 'Fall', not only does he take a swipe at Tyler, The Creator and

Joe Budden

but also the music press. The video sees Slim feeling emotionally overwhelmed after his previous album ‘Revival’ received a barrage of negative feedback. It also shows him leaving Royce Da 5'9" and Mr. Porter in the car and steeping out to clear his head and get some much-needed fresh air. However, as soon as he is out walking, he is hounded by a scary ghostly black figure. Just as the video is about to end, the ‘Revival’ CD case is seen being crushed by a foot.

Eminem’s homophobic slur is courting controversy because in Tyler’s recent album ‘Flower Boy’, there are lyrics that suggest he has come out of the closet as gay. As if that wasn’t enough, the vocal that has been used in the offensive beat belongs to

Justin Vernon

of

Bon Iver

, who was not present in the studio when the song was created and is personally against homophobic messages.
