Jessica Chastain and Octavia Spencer to star in holiday comedy

Actor Jessica Chastain is reuniting with her

'The Help'

co-star Octavia Spencer for a new holiday comedy film. Reportedly, the film, which was bagged by

Universal Studios

in a bidding war, is centred around the two ladies' obstacle course-like journeys back home in time for Christmas.


Chastain, who also co-wrote the treatment with

Kelly Carmichael

, is also producing the film with her company

Freckle Films

. Carmichael, Celine Rattray, and Trudie Styler are also on board the project as producers.
