Jessica Simpson enlists her $17.9 million mansion for sale, amid the separation from her husband, Eric Johnson

The estranged duo, Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson tore themselves apart from each other after 10 years of marriage. The singer is ready to move forward from her past, as she decided to sell her Hidden Hills, California mansion.

Amidst the upheaval in Los Angeles due to the wildfires, the singer announced that she has evacuated from her mansion with her family. According to Zillow, her residence was listed for $17.9 million on January 11, 2025, just a couple of days before her separation from her husband. Previously, she enlisted her magnificent property in September 2023 for much higher dollars, with a mammoth amount of $22 million, but she removed it in August 2024 as none complied, as per the reports of the People. Simpson voiced in her interview with E! News that her children - daughters Maxwell, 12, and Birdie, 5, and son Ace, 11, prefer her being in Nashville. The reason being, “It's because I'm not on guard. I'm with a lot of like-minded people. It's not about the celebrities—it's really about the music and the heart and the conversation.”

The luxurious mansion is about 13, 274 square feet, with seven bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms, including a BBQ island, a hot tub, an outside shower, a larger pool with a shallow pool, and a four-car garage.

In an interview with People, Simpson mentioned her separate lives with her husband, “Eric and I have been living separately navigating a painful situation in our marriage,” She further expressed, “Our children come first, and we are focusing on what is best for them. We are grateful for all of the love and support that has been coming our way, and appreciate privacy right now as we work through this as a family.”
