Hollywood couple Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau have reunited in Tokyo. The singer was spotted with her man as they headed out on a quiet date night this week. Perry and the former Canadian prime minister were spotted by fans, strolling hand-in-hand through Asakusa, one of Tokyo’s busiest tourist districts. According to reports on various entertainment portals, the couple was spotted right before heading for dinner and a live performance.

Page Six reports that the pair dined at Asakusa Sumo Stable Annex, a hotspot famed for its traditional Japanese fare and live sumo wrestling showcases. Perry and Trudeau kept things low-key, dressed in jeans, tees and jackets topped with baseball caps.The singer is in Japan for back-to-back shows at Saitama Super Arena on Dec. 3 and 4, part of the latest leg of her global Lifetimes Tour.

The trip marked a reunion of sorts for the couple, who had reportedly spent Thanksgiving apart. While Perry shared a photo captioned, “Hatty Thanksgiving” sans any glimpse of Trudeau, the Canadian politician made headlines when he joined his ex-wife to celebrate Thanksgiving with the kids last month.
